National Administrator

An exciting opportunity to join a leading, award-winning and innovative youth organisation based in Birmingham, with a global reach.

We are looking for a dedicated and well-organised Administrator to join our wonderful team at The Feast. You will support The Feast’s National Office, regional teams and governance bodies through providing administrative, IT and operational support. You will need strong administrative and organisational skills and, ideally, experience of working in the charity sector.

The post holder will work closely with the National Director to support The Feast’s National Office and governance bodies through providing administrative, IT and operational support, support the Finance Officer, as they ensure good financial management processes and provide operational support to The Feast’s Regional Teams.

Salary: £23,400 - £25,000 pro rata (depending on relevant experience)

Location: National Office in Sparkbrook, Birmingham (some flexibility to work from home on occasion)

Hours: Part time (22.5 hours per week)

Your communication skills will be excellent, both verbally and in writing.
You will be able to relate well with and adapt to a broad range of people.
You will work in close collaboration with the other members of The Feast team in the West Midlands and nationally.
You will subscribe to the ethos of The Feast and agree to conduct publicly visible discussions (whether on social media or in person) in line with The Feast’s Guidelines for Dialogue.
You will occasionally be free to work at weekends or in the evening.
You will have an understanding of the importance of and a commitment to implementing good practice around safeguarding and equal opportunities
